Absolutely! In addition to repairs, we offer computer maintenance and tune-up services to optimize your system’s performance. This includes removing unnecessary software, updating drivers, cleaning out dust, and ensuring your computer is running smoothly.

Do you offer on-site repairs or only in-store service?

Yes, we offer onsite repairs for specific jobs, we provide in-store repairs at our physical location as well. We have a dedicated workspace where our technicians can diagnose and repair your computer efficiently. If necessary, we can help you uninstall and transport your desktop computer to our shop.

What if my computer is under warranty?

If your computer is still under warranty, we recommend contacting the manufacturer or authorized service provider as they may provide repairs at no cost. However, we can assist with warranty-related inquiries and provide support if the warranty allows repairs from third-party service providers.
